We moved with our grandmother to Arden Courts after about 1 year of home care. As anyone can imagine, this move was very emotional, but the Arden Courts team made it a stress-free and enjoyable move under sad circumstances. The General Manager, Nicole is Asse, incredibly friendly and always ready and willing to answer questions. Even with her dog, Gracie welcomes us during the day in motion and often visits our animal-loving grandmother, which made her day. The communication is exceptional, from day 1 to today! The nurses are attentive and accommodating, very thorough in their professional tasks and ALWAYS present on the floor to help other residents and readily available to lend a hand. The caregivers assigned to our grandmother, Marie T., Youselyne and Marie C., are true angels, the kindest, most compassionate, most empathetic and patient souls. She has Alzheimer`s disease and although she is still physically mobile, she is cognitively very limited. Last year was very, very difficult due to Covid restrictions. Last week, I was able to visit him at the facility with two of our adult children for the first time in many months. Overall we had a great visit. She was in a good mood, looked good and is obviously always very well cared for.
The physical system of air conditioners has also been significantly improved. It was never bad, but it looks much brighter and cooler now. Fresh paint, new carpets, new furniture, new kitchens, etc. I am always amazed at the quality of care and the attention that Nicole, Kelly and their team give to my wife and all the other residents of air conditioners. I remain so grateful that my wife has a place where she is safe and well cared for and where she can be herself. I continue to strongly support AC as an institution for all those who want to make the impossible decision to place a loved one who has reached an advanced state with one of the dementias and can no longer be cared for at home. I just wanted to thank Alexis and his team for making my transfer from mother-in-law to Arden Court such a wonderful experience. We had to do all this through COVID and it couldn`t have gone better! My mother-in-law settled in very well and the staff were FANTASTIC throughout the process. I highly recommend My sister and I sat down with Alexis to assess if Arden Courts was the right facility for our mother who desperately needed a memory care facility. Alexis was an exceptional lawyer for her institution, spending over 3 hours with us answering the billions of questions we asked about how Arden Courts would deal with this or that behavior or situation. listen with compassion to all our concerns; provide us with books on Alzheimer`s disease to provide us with more resources in response to our questions; And we went to the unit that our mother would attend, where we experienced her warm, kind and skillful interactions with several residents. After our first meeting, she was very receptive to our follow-up questions and worked effectively with us when we chose Arden Courts so that our mother could quickly bring her and her partner to the facility. Alexis` knowledge of the disease and his obvious compassion for the suffering of Alzheimer`s patients, as well as their co-ruby support, has been invaluable! I wouldn`t know most of it because I`ve never seen the place because of Covid-19. I am really disappointed that the last time I spoke to my mother was 1 week and a half before she died, so she died and thought she was alone. It was something traumatic to deal with.
It was hard for me to find someone to help me. My brothers and I were looking for a memory care facility for our 89-year-old mother, who suffers from dementia. We wanted her to be safe, well cared for and feel at home. We did a lot of research and after visiting Arden Court and meeting their staff, I knew this was the perfect place for mom to call home! I can`t say enough about Nicole and her colleagues who went beyond that, that my mother feels loved from day one and welcomes her into her family. Thank you Arden Court for everything you do. YOU INSURE!!!!! I am so happy that we have found such a caring community for my brother to recover from trauma, surgery and memory problems. Alexios is an absolute angel. His talents are diverse, although I am very grateful for his positive and open-minded energy and compassionate care for my brother and the residents. Unfortunately we had to move 3 times before finding Arden Court. Alexis was very helpful in making the move possible and then welcoming my brother. She went above and beyond with a welcome basket, introduced him to potential friends, and got him involved.

What could have been a heartbreaking day for our parents (and also for us) became a pleasant experience with the staff and their friendly nature and a clear understanding of our parents` needs. was surprised from the beginning that, no matter what role each employee plays at Arden Care – that they all stop and help, answer questions, jump straight ahead and have a lot of knowledge and tenor in terms of memory care. They bend to support you and your loved ones today – 3 staff members stayed very late to greet us and constantly immersed themselves to help us settle in properly – understanding the importance of familiar objects and comfort for our parents and interacting positively with all residents. It was a pleasure to see, and I am excited and relieved to have our parents in such good hands and to have the help, expert communication and advice on our parents that are constantly changing.
