We just bought our first house even though we closed within two months of our registration accepted.it would have been much longer if it hadn`t been for the daily hunt. * You can never speak directly to your lawyer unless you sign. * Our final invoice was much more than our original invoice (we were too exhausted from dealing with this company to ask questions) * The staff you can talk to are very rude and unprofessional. * They tried to get my father to sign a document stating that his family home was at risk of being taken over if we didn`t pay our mortgage (my father had nothing to do with our mortgage all.so couldn`t understand why they were trying to sign this with his own lawyer. When we questioned this, they said it had only been confirmed that he had given x€ as a gift, but nowhere on the form is this mentioned. They said our lender would not pay without it being signed. So we called our bank because it was just ridiculous because it had nothing to do with the property and they said it had nothing to do with them. You do not need this document. We called the lawyer and they still insisted that we needed that. So we said we would then withdraw from the sale. And all of a sudden, everything was fine without her.
