Growing up in a Navy family and attending eight different schools when he graduated from high school, Brewster has a special affinity for those who have served our country. After graduating from Wake Forest University, he served as a field artillery officer in the Army with the 101st Airborne Division (air assault) before studying law at the University of Richmond. After working at a number of law firms, Brewster founded the firm now known as Rawls Law Group in 1996.

government. I grew up in a small town. My father drove an 18-wheeler and my mother taught at school. I decided to become a lawyer in sixth grade after seeing Perry Mason and Ben Matlock on television. I have never changed my mind. I went to Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR, where I played football every four years. From there, I went to Baylor Law School. I`ve always been a good student, but Baylor Law is where I learned to think.
I graduated, passed the bar exam and got my license in 2003. My practice never compared to what I saw on television, but God was good. I worked for several mid-sized companies in Dallas for 6 years and then, on an unorthodox but providential path, I started my own company in late 2009, and since then I have been the only practitioner.
