Rules of Professional Paintball

The key to a fun paintball game, no matter what format you choose and what experience your players have, is to have everyone on the same page. It only takes a few minutes, but quickly going through the rules each time will help you maximize your paintball experience and ensure an enjoyable and fun time for everyone involved. Speedball is one of three different game variants in paintball, along with Woodsball and scenario paintball. Make sure everyone knows the location of the death zone (or staging area) and knows not to shoot in or near it. The dead zone is an area that is outside the field where people go after being eliminated. Usually, this is also the place where extra paintball equipment and paint are left between games. The dead zone should ideally be far enough away from the field so that eliminated players can remove their masks to clean them without running the risk of being hit by players who are still on the field. 5.21. The definition of a trigger is the movable lever or button that comes into contact with the finger. The internal height of the trigger shall not exceed 1.3 inches for each magnetically operated mechanical marker.

Contacts on a switch are not a trigger. A trigger cable requires force through the finger on the trigger and force through the finger on the trigger during each firing cycle. The markers can fire at any rate of fire and can fire any number of paint balls, provided they only fire in semi-automatic or pump mode, meaning that no more than one paint ball is discharged during each fire cycle, or alternatively, the paint balls can be fired electronically at a maximum speed of 5.5 paint balls per second. Changes to markers such as old mods or auto-reply triggers are not allowed. 10.21. A player is eliminated if a paintball shot by a living member of the opposing team or that player`s team hits that player or anything he wears or wears, and that paintball breaks on the object hit. If paintball hits the player or something he wears or wears, but does not break and leaves a trace, that player will not be eliminated. If a player is hit and marked by a paintball shot 10.25. Players who separate more than 5 feet from equipment or clothing they have brought on the field, with the exception of squeegees, rags or baskets used to hold paintballs, will be disposed of immediately. 12.01.

To continue playing means to continue to act as a player in the game after elimination. Continuation of play includes, but is not limited to, continuing to shoot or attack, continuing to move, except with respect to leaving the field by the most direct route or under the direction of a referee, talking, signaling or otherwise communicating with a referee, opposing players or teammates, except that a player may say, «Hit» or «out» or something like that that hinders the progress of opposing players or a judge, prevents a judge from doing a paint check or call, unloading or degassing the marker, or providing teammates with paintball or equipment. 10.06. Players with obvious shots in areas that are not easy to check, such as: The back, can continue to play, but must immediately call a teammate who can easily check if the paintball is broken or not to indicate if this player has been eliminated or not. The teammate must react immediately, and if the affected player has been eliminated, he or she must stop play, report his elimination and leave the field in accordance with the provisions of this Section 10.0. Failure to call this teammate for review, or to prompt them to respond, is an ongoing play by the affected player. If no teammates are available for review, that player can continue playing, but must 13.11. All teams must comply with the rules and by-laws issued by the tournament organizer. There are a variety of paintball leagues that use speedball as a format for tournaments. The most important national league in the United States is the NXL (National X-Ball League). The NPPL (National Professional Paintball League) 7-a-side format had many attempts to be a viable league but lacked the stability to maintain a consistent season.

The Millennium Series is the European national league and features similar rules and styles of play to the PSP, NPPL and LAPPL. A player is hit when a paintball leaves a solid mark the size of a nickel somewhere on the player`s body or equipment. Some paintball variants do not count shots or require multiple shots to the arms or legs. However, most professional courts and tournaments rely on a person or their equipment every shot. Safety certified paintball masks are worn at all times when you are on the side of the black net field where you enter the playing area. You should also always wear your mask when using the target area. Barrel sleeves should be installed at the end of your keg at all times in the staging area. No exceptions. Before leaving the playground at the end of the game, please empty your weapon, secure it, and then install your cannon sleeve. Beware of areas of the field that contain large amounts of dirt and loose stones, as it is very easy to slip, fall and injure yourself. At Paintball USA, no real weapons are allowed.

You should never try to look into the barrel of your paintball gun for any reason. If your mask is fogged, do not remove it. Lean down and put your head between your legs, then you can shout «blind.» A referee will stop the game and help you. Splashes often occur when a paintball breaks not on one person but on a nearby surface, and then the paint bounces off the player, but this doesn`t count as a hit unless it forms a solid mark on the player. 13.13. Any team that does not comply with the rules and regulations contained in this section 13.1 will be subject to and pay a fine of $250.00 to the Organizer and such team will be prohibited from participating in future events until such fine has been paid in full. New paragraph 4.01 The Promoter will provide information about the tournament, including information on registration fees, an itinerary and calendar of events, including the time and place of the rules meeting and the captain`s meeting, hotel information, a waiver and team form, as well as the rules to each participating team and requiring the competition. Speedball is a team sport and can be played on a recreational or professional basis, with games usually indicating teams of three, five, seven or ten people. The game is characterized by a small symmetrical playing field, with obstacles (such as inflatable bunkers) placed in different configurations to challenge players, and different playing times. The PSP, for example, has different timelines depending on the division. Secrecy and obfuscation are of little use on a speedball court; There is very little to mix.

Success depends on teamwork, aggressive movement and constant communication. Players wear uniforms, similar to more traditional sports. 9.02. Colour checks are carried out by a judge when the judge has observed a player catch fire, when the fire is directed in an area occupied by a player that the judge cannot observe directly, when the physical location where a paintball may have broken is not visible to the judge, or when the judge is invited to do so by another judge. It is a general term for a game in which the playing field consists of bunkers with the same position and number on each side of the field, providing an equal playing field for each participating team. It was created in this way to provide a better format for competitive paintball, both when you play and watch the matches. An eliminated member of the opposing team or the team of such a player will not eliminate that player.
