New Hampshire Rules of Court – Federal and Federal KeyRules (Vols. IIA) identifies, organizes, and provides, in organizational form, court rules, statutes, jurisprudence, and secondary sources necessary for the writing, filing, and service of common civil court records in the federal courts of New Hampshire. Each overview of KeyRules corresponds to a specific submission, request or request for disclosure, contains the applicable rules of procedure and integrates them into sections by type of rule (e.g. calendar, format, filing and service, etc.).
